ONE 2 ONE PILATES

​Suitable for anyone and any level or for anyone wanting to build confidence and learn the fundamentals of Pilates before attending a class.

 

Please ensure you message your instructor prior to booking your chosen time, once this has been confirmed you can book your session. 

 

A private session can either be done as a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1.

1:1  £50

2:1  £60

3:1  £70

 

Please bring a yoga mat with you, a small towel and a bottle of water. 

 

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, if you are unable to make your appointment please ensure you have given 24 hours notice to avoid being charged.
